LREC 2026

The 15th Conference on Language Resources and Evaluation (LREC 2026), organized by ELRA Language Resources Association in collaboration with CNR-ILC, will be held in Palma de Mallorca, at the Palau de Congressos de Palma, from 11 to 16 May 2026 and will be chaired by Stelios Piperidis (ARC/ILSP).
The Conference will bring together researchers and practitioners in Natural Language Processing, Computational Linguistics, Speech and Multimodality, with a special attention to Evaluation and the development of Language Resources that support work in these areas.
Following the tradition of the well-established Conference Series, LREC 2026 will feature grand challenges and provide attendees with ample opportunities for exchanging information and ideas through oral presentations and extensive poster sessions, complemented by an exciting Social Program.
The Conference will last three days (13, 14 and 15 May 2026) and will be accompanied by selected Workshops and Tutorials to be held in the days immediately preceding and following the Conference for a total of three additional days (11, 12 and 16 May 2026).
The Scientific Program will include: invited talks; oral, poster and demo presentations; a keynote address by the winner of the Antonio Zampolli Prize; an Industrial Track.
All Oral and Plenary Sessions, Workshops and Tutorials will be live-streamed through Zoom for access by those who have registered for remote attendance to the relevant events; remote participants may pose questions in the Zoom chat; Session Chairs will take questions from on-site participants first, followed by questions from remote participants.
Poster Sessions are not live-streamed; remote participants may access the pre-recorded video presentations and corresponding poster PDF on the LREC 2026 Conference App.
