Personal data provided and collected for presentation in this Web site will be managed by CNR-ILC personnel, according to current regulations, basing their processing on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency. Data will be kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they have been collected and processed, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to article 5 of GDPR. Personal data will be processed at CNR-ILC operational offices with mainly IT and telematic methods, in compliance with the provisions of article 32 of GDPR. CNR-ILC adopts no automated decision-making process in its institutional Web site, including profiling, pursuant to article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, of GDPR.
Rights of Data Subjects
At any time, Data Subjects have the right to ask the Data Controller to access their personal data and correct or cancel them or limit the processing concerning them or oppose their processing in accordance with the provisions of articles from 15 to 22 of GDPR. Data Subjects can exercise the aforementioned rights by contacting CNR Internal Data Processor, as specified above. So far as conditions are met, Data Subjects are also recognized with the right to submit a complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority as national supervisory authority.
